Burtons far infrared shower media is produced using a blend of high-quality ceramic material and minerals which are fired at extreme temperatures creating an extremely porous structure. With each individual piece of media having the surface area of 2.76ft making it highly efficient in allowing the cultivation of nitrifying and denitrifying bacteria. Our far infrared media is versatile and lightweight and Ph-neutral and can be used in many applications like: Bakki showers, traditional multi-bay systems, trickle filters. Our infrared media will improve water quality, clarity and the overall wellbeing of the pond. Size of media: Length 155mm. Thickness 35mm. 154 pieces per box. Weight per box: 16kg.
